Poly Pipeline Mentorship Program
The Poly Pipeline Mentorship Program aims to retain and enhance the experience and success of Cal Poly students by connecting first-year, underrepresented minority students with upper-class student leaders for individual and group mentoring. Through a peer mentorship model, mentors will provide academic, social, and cultural resources and support to guide and assist mentees through their first year on campus. Additionally, mentees will participate in larger program activities and workshops that facilitate community building, campus engagement, and leadership development.
